I must admit I am truly addicted to chewing gum!! Sometimes I don’t have a chance to eat before I head into work and I work around people at such a close range, I don’t feel like cursing them with my stinky starving breathe :( I’ll buy a pack of gum and just chew on it for most of the evening.  Now is like I’m hooked on the dam stuff I can’t stop chewing aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Anyway………..I was noticing last night on my ride home from work which is usually around 11:45 pm, how many crazy ass people live in NYC. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t see a person doing something out of this world. From the moment I walk out of my little apartment door, walking down three blocks to the train station, while waiting for the train, riding on the train crossing from the Bronx into Manhattan, getting off of the train, in the train station, walking  out of the train station, walking a few blocks in Manhattan, entering my job, exiting my job, grabbing something to eat at Mcd’s, while I eat at Mcd’s, walking back to the train station, in the train station, waiting for the train, and on the train, and back home to my apartment.

Its a little too much for me sometimes, but I guessed I’ve just gotten use to it being that I’ve lived here now for about 4 years.  However on Tuesday was the first time in my life, I had ever seen a person literally cross the subway tracks to get to the other side in my life!!!! I usually never stare because that tends to cause fights, but this lady who was on the opposite side of the tracks jumped down into the train tracks picked up her bags, and crossed the dangerous, dirty, sewage, rat infested train tracks to get to the otherside. The woman could of been electricuted!!!!!!! or hit by on on coming train !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I just couldn’t stop staring it was like I was a deer struck in bright headlights I just couldn’t believe she did that!!

I am beat!!! just  dead beat tired, not sure as to why, but I I feel so tired today mainly from my new job it requires me to be on my feet for about a good 5 hours. I don’t mind the work load but, I do realise is that I work so much better by myself as oppose to working in a group. Plus i’m awful at taking orders from people especially when I have to be train by another person. It seems I have a hard time taking direction because I like to be in charge lol …. Its not a problem though the best thing is to shut my mouth and do what I’m told. Then there won’t be any issues what so ever. Lets hope my 2nd day will go better. crosses fingers………… oh and why do all these crazy people ride the trains in the late evening .. :(

Today was what I like to call ACTION PACKED! For some reason quite a few things happened today and I thought I would share with everyone what I saw on my daily errands during the day.  hmmm where do I begin … OH YES!! On my way to Queens I usually ride the 2 train into Manhattan.  This tall crazy looking guy enters the train asking everyone IS THIS THE 2 TRAIN? IS THIS THE 2 TRAIN ??? IS THIS THE 2 TRAIN??????  to which everyone replies YESSSSS!! several times YESSS this is the 2 train!  As the train closes its doors and begins to move the crazy man starts to yell at the top of his lungs ” YOU LIED TO ME !! THIS ISN’T THE RIGHT TRAIN !! ALL YOU ASSHOLES ARE LIARS YOU FUCKEN LIED TO ME !!!! ” he basically yelled at everyone for about a good 3 minutes up until the next stop. He then begins to spit at everyone just like a rotating sprinkler………… SPIT … TURN SPIT… TURN… SPIT… TURN spit.. it landed on every one who is sitting near by him. Luckily I was no where near the area although I couldn’t help but feel bad for the people who had to deal with his nonsense. Finally a young man was brave enough to literally push him off the train. The crazy man wasn’t hurt but talk about the beginning of a bad day.

I had finally made my dog walking rounds in Queens, as I was leaving the last apartment, I noticed an old lady walking in circles. She looked a bit lost, maybe a tad bit scared too I’m not really sure but, what i did notice is that she walked over to this huge tree in front of her then she put her arms around it as if it was an old friend. She hugged that tree like it was a long lost relative, She even went as far as to give it a loving gentle kiss. Not the perverted kind you sickos!! But, the type of kiss a mother gives to her child right on the forehead with all the love she has.  For some reason I didn’t find her strange or odd but, my I just felt my heart go out to her and I hope she has a place to come home to where people are waiting for her in the same loving manner she gave out to the tree.

On the 6 train finally the last train on my long day’s journey I had noticed a scent of poop in the air. I thought it was me who had stepped on dog do do I had checked my shoes repeatedly, at some point I thought I had poop on myself lol … I sniffed my jacket, my pants, even my purse… no traces of poop on me until the train had stopped and a few people stepped off, it was then I noticed an older man I’d say about in his 70’s shuffling out of the train. The smell became intense… the doors closed. The smell had disappeared.  It wasn’t until I put two and two together that the old man had accidentally went on himself :(   I felt  bad and some how I wanted to help him or at least make sure that he would be ok.

I am now home safe and sound with my little zoo I do hope everyone else has reached their destination and enjoys their evening!
